4. DealShot Is an Automation Tool, Not Professional Advice
DealShot is a workflow and automation tool. DealShot does not provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, lending advice, brokerage advice, title advice, investment advice, compliance approval, or real estate licensing advice.
You are responsible for reviewing all offers, documents, emails, SMS messages, numbers, calculations, assumptions, deal terms, marketing messages, and property information before using or sending them.
- You should consult qualified professionals before making legal, financial, investment, lending, title, or tax decisions.
- You are responsible for your own due diligence.
- You are responsible for verifying all property, loan, seller, buyer, agent, market, and contact information.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws and platform rules that apply to your outreach and real estate business.
5. Account Access and Authorized Emails
DealShot access may be connected to the Google email address or addresses provided during signup. Your plan may allow access for one or more authorized Google emails depending on the subscription purchased.
- The Starter plan may include access for one authorized Google email.
- The Team plan may include access for up to three authorized Google emails.
- You are responsible for providing accurate Google account emails for access.
- Access may be granted, paused, suspended, or removed based on trial status, subscription status, payment status, cancellation status, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
- You may not share your DealShot access with unauthorized users outside your active plan limits.
We may use an access list, customer database, Stripe subscription status, or other internal tools to manage active, trialing, past due, canceled, or removed access.
6. Free Trials
DealShot may offer a free trial, such as a 14-day trial, depending on the offer available at the time of signup. A valid payment method may be required to start a trial.
- If a trial requires a card, you authorize the payment processor to store and charge your payment method when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
- You are responsible for canceling before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.
- Trial length, trial eligibility, and trial availability may change at any time.
- We may refuse, limit, or cancel trial access if we believe the trial is being abused.
- Only one trial may be allowed per person, business, payment method, or email address unless we approve otherwise.
7. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
DealShot may be offered as a monthly subscription. Prices, plan names, included features, and access limits may change over time.
Current introductory pricing may include plans such as:
- DealShot Starter: $49/month for one authorized Google email.
- DealShot Team: $75/month for up to three authorized Google emails.
Pricing shown on the website or checkout page controls at the time of purchase. If there is a conflict between old marketing material and the current checkout price, the checkout price controls.
- You authorize recurring charges for the selected subscription plan.
- Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment processor.
- You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.
- Failed payments may result in past-due status, paused access, removed access, or cancellation.
- We may provide a short grace period after failed payment, but we are not required to do so.
- Taxes, processing fees, currency conversion fees, chargeback fees, and other payment-related costs may apply where required.
8. Cancellation and Access Removal
You may cancel your DealShot subscription according to the cancellation process available through the billing portal, support, or payment processor.
- Canceling stops future subscription renewals.
- Access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
- If you cancel during a free trial before the trial ends, you should not be charged for the first paid billing period.
- After cancellation, your authorized email may be removed from the DealShot access list.
- Removing access may prevent you from using DealShot scripts, buttons, templates, spreadsheet workflows, or related functionality.
9. Refund Policy
DealShot may provide free trial access so users can test the system before the first paid charge. Because of this, subscription payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless we approve a refund at our discretion.
- You are responsible for canceling before the trial ends if you do not want to continue.
- We do not guarantee refunds for unused time, lack of use, failure to set up third-party tools, or failure to cancel before renewal.
- Approved refunds, if any, may be processed through the original payment method.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
If you have a billing issue, contact [email protected].
10. Customer Data Stored in Your Own Google Account
DealShot is built around a Google Sheets-based workflow. In many cases, your working data is stored inside your own Google account, not directly inside a DealShot-owned database.
Important: DealShot does not request, require, or need your Gmail or Google account password. You should never share your Gmail, Google, SendGrid, OpenPhone, CRM, Stripe, or other account passwords with DealShot support or anyone claiming to represent DealShot.

We may only see or access this information if you intentionally share it with us, grant access for setup or troubleshooting, send us screenshots, forward files, invite us into a document, or otherwise request support that requires review.

20. User Content and Customer Data
You retain ownership of your own lead lists, customer data, property data, uploaded spreadsheets, generated files, and business information that you place into your own Google account or connected tools.
By using DealShot, you give us permission to process limited information as needed to provide the service, manage access, provide support, troubleshoot issues, improve the product, process payment, and comply with legal obligations.
If you share files or access with us for support, you grant us permission to view and use that shared information only for the requested support, setup, or troubleshooting purpose.
