Privacy Policy for DealShot
This Privacy Policy explains how DealShot collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit our website, request a trial, create an account, use DealShot, or contact support.
1. Who We Are
DealShot is a real estate lead automation tool designed to help investors and wholesalers import property lists, scan leads, generate Letters of Intent, prepare outreach, send campaigns, create follow-ups, check replies, prepare SMS, and organize workflow activity.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of the website or account setup process, and limited technical information related to website and account activity.
Information you provide
- Name and contact information, such as first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
- Google account email used to access DealShot.
- Trial, subscription, billing, or plan selection information.
- Support messages, setup requests, feedback, and communications with us.
- Business information you choose to provide, such as company name, website, market, or CRM details.
Information related to account access
- Account status, trial status, subscription status, cancellation status, failed payment status, and access status.
- Settings or configuration details needed to activate or support your DealShot account.
- Google email addresses authorized to access DealShot.
- Basic activity needed to manage access, support setup, or troubleshoot problems.
Payment information
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers on our own website or in DealShot spreadsheets. Payment processors may collect and process billing details according to their own privacy policies and security practices.
Technical information
- IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, and approximate location based on technical data.
- Website usage information such as pages visited, buttons clicked, forms submitted, and general analytics data.
- Cookies or similar technologies used for website functionality, analytics, security, and user experience.
3. Customer Lead Lists, LOIs, Emails, and Deal Data
DealShot is designed to work with property lists and lead data that users import from third-party sources or their own spreadsheets. This data may include property addresses, agent names, phone numbers, emails, asking prices, loan information, equity information, offer details, and other real estate-related information.
In normal use, your imported lists, generated LOIs, sent emails, follow-up files, and related campaign materials are stored in your own Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, SendGrid, CRM, OpenPhone, or other connected accounts, depending on your setup.
We do not normally view, monitor, read, download, or review the lead lists you upload, the LOIs you generate, the email content you send, or the follow-up files stored in your own Google account. We may only see or access this information if you intentionally share it with us, grant us access for setup or troubleshooting, send us screenshots, forward files, invite us into a document, or otherwise request support that requires review.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload, use, contact, and process any lead, agent, seller, buyer, or property data that you place into DealShot.
4. Customer Data Stored in Your Own Google Account
DealShot is built around a Google Sheets-based workflow. In many cases, your working data is stored inside your own Google account, not directly inside a DealShot-owned database.
Important: DealShot does not request, require, or need your Gmail or Google account password. You should never share your Gmail, Google, SendGrid, OpenPhone, CRM, Stripe, or other account passwords with DealShot support or anyone claiming to represent DealShot.
- Your property lists may be stored in your own Google Sheet.
- Your generated LOIs and follow-up files may be stored in your own Google Drive folders.
- Your sent emails may appear in your own Gmail account or your connected email-sending service.
- Your SMS activity may be managed through your own phone/SMS provider if connected.
- Your CRM exports may be sent to your own CRM account if configured.
- Your Google account permissions, file sharing settings, and password security remain your responsibility.
If you choose to share a Google Sheet, Google Drive folder, Gmail screenshot, exported file, or other account information with us for support, setup, or troubleshooting, we will use that access only for the purpose of helping you with the requested issue.

Data stored in your own Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, CRM, SendGrid, OpenPhone, or other third-party accounts may remain there unless you delete it from those platforms.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure. However, no website, system, spreadsheet, integration, email provider, or internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.
