When will I be charged?

You will not be charged during the 14-day free trial. Your monthly subscription starts after the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Can I cancel anytime?

Which email gets access?

The Google email you provide during signup will be added to the DealShot authorized access list. Team plan users can add up to three Google emails.

Do I need Google Sheets?

Yes. DealShot runs inside Google Sheets, so you need a Google account to use it.

Do I need SendGrid?

No, but SendGrid is recommended for higher-volume email campaigns with a custom domain.

DealShot can also work with a regular Gmail account, but daily sending limits are lower, usually around 100 emails per day. If you want to send more emails professionally, we recommend using SendGrid with your domain.

Do you help with setup?

Yes. Basic setup support is included during your trial.
